We hired Independent Construction (IC) to address necessary exterior home repairs after storm damage. The owners Vince and Alexandra were highly-responsive and accessible from the first day we called them.

IC owners provided us with assistance selecting vendors and types of materials to suit our wishes.

IC owners provided us estimates as soon as our selections were completed.

IC began our repair project as soon as the materials ordered were received.

The team arrived promptly and consistently on a daily basis. On one particular day the weather caused them to stop work early, so they arrived earlier than normal the next day to make up time. IC even manned the project on a Saturday (normally an off day) to expedite the completion of the work prior to a holiday.

Owners and Crew were polite, friendly, helpful and members put in a full day of work each day

We never had trouble reaching the owners when needed. They answered our phone calls or returned calls in a reasonable, and short time.

Owners and team leaders were committed to resolving any concerns/requests throughout the term of the project.

Overall, we were very happy with the final results of our project. We were also very pleased with the entire team’s professionalism and work ethic. We appreciated the commendable level of customer service we received (customer-friendly, highly-responsive, helpful, honest, thorough).
