Used Independent to build a custom composite deck on my new construction home. The owner was very straight forward which might be off putting to some people, however I felt it was very refreshing to know exactly what I was dealing with as far as price, materials, and details without worrying about being nickle, and dimed throughout the construction process. I have dealt with dozens of contractors over the last three years, and the owner was the only person that answered his phone EVERY SINGLE TIME I called. I am a very particular person, and they took the time to answer my questions even though to them they might have been trivial, or repetitive, they never made it feel that way.
The guys were great. very polite, and hard working. shout out to Edwin ! I would not hesitate to have them back.
