We called at least 10 different contractors and structural engineers to help with an exterior wall that was bowing outwards. It was a BIG job that nobody else wanted to touch, even though we understood some diagnostic work would be required before discovering the full problem. But we felt unsafe, knowing that we had a serious structural issue on our hands.

Vince and his crew came out super fast to take a look. They set appropriate expectations and started. As it turns out, our house was held together by toothpicks the entire wall had to be reinforced to be made up to code. We also had no collar ties in our ceiling, so the ceiling also had to be dismantled and collar ties installed.

Vince’s crew worked diligently to get this huge job done as quickly as possible. It took a total of 9 days – and they explained what issues were found immediately upon discovery and made sure we were okay with the scope of work being done.

Now we have a newly reinforced wall and ceiling that look great (hey, no more popcorn ceiling!) AND the added benefit of not worrying about our house collapsing on our heads.
