After terrible winds blew big pieces of metal trim near my roof frame leaving them dangling and banging through the night in two areas of our home which caused much anxiety, I thankfully found independent construction on Google. Vince the owner could not be nicer when I called and said not to worry he would help us! Vince came within the hour to assess the damage and reassure me he would get it fixed immediately the same day!!! The price was reasonable as well! He then text a time once he contacted his workers and they were on time, extremely professional and did an amazing job!! Same day is unheard of, but not for independent construction !! Vince also returned to make sure I was satisfied and that the job was going well! The metal was bent in spots and they literally fixed it and secured it perfectly!! If you want to get your job done do yourself a favor and call Vince. My building got a makeover from top to bottom for a great price! New roof, gutters, soffit, siding, PVC, and fascia. My project was a special case and Independent Construction wasn’t intimidated by it. Vince was real easy to work with and super knowledgeable. He assessed my building’s exterior condition and dimensions, walked me through the process of my job, explained my options, and made it happen. He assured me my job would get done in a timely fashion and it did. I honestly don’t think there is a job too challenging for this family business. The moment I saw them using levels to level the siding I knew I hired a top notch company. Anthony was great to work with, too.
