					I would highly recommend Independent Construction to everyone. My husband called on Tuesday. Vince came on Wednesday to talk about the contract. His guys came on Thursday and worked tirelessly for three days and did an exceptional job replacing our roof. Our house is large with a gamble roof.They left my yard cleaner than when they came. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. His prices are very reasonable and he is very professional. He treated us like we were family. 					I cannot praise Independent Construction enough. Vince(owner) came to my home to access loose shingles on my roof. For three months I waited for a plumber to return, to correct a plumbing problem which was in my master bath above my dining room. The ceiling was falling into the dining room with multiple water spots below the shower and toilet. Immediately, Vince said he could help and took control. Within a day his workers (craftsmen) , removed the destroyed plaster board and diagnosed and fixed the plumbing problem. In addition, a new shower, fixtures and toilet was installed. No sub-contracting was involved This company did all the sparkling, sanding and painting. All debris was removed. Vince arrived several times a day to instruct his workers He even spoke to my insurance adjuster. After three months of not being able to use my bathroom and dining room, Independent Construction completed the work in one week. Vince and his crew were friendly, polite and most of all punctual. With such a large undertaking, my nerves were definitely eased. I will use this company again.  - 2/25/2025

					After terrible winds blew big pieces of metal trim near my roof frame leaving them dangling and banging through the night in two areas of our home which caused much anxiety, I thankfully found independent construction on Google. Vince the owner could not be nicer when I called and said not to worry he would help us! Vince came within the hour to assess the damage and reassure me he would get it fixed immediately the same day!!! The price was reasonable as well!  He then text a time once he contacted his workers and they were on time, extremely professional and did an amazing job!! Same day is unheard of, but not for independent construction !! Vince also returned to make sure I was satisfied and that the job was going well! The metal was bent in spots and they literally fixed it and secured it perfectly!! I am beyond grateful it’s fixed and secured as good as new! I highly recommend them !! Thank you so much for helping us!!  - 1/31/2025
